"Putting The Pieces Together" Program Unveiled

Fort Worth, Texas (May 12, 2006) – Helping people learn has been an important goal for The Smartacus Corporation since its inception, spurring the creation of the College-Cram.com and CafeGenius.com study websites. Last night the goal was furthered by the introduction of a new educational program.

The Smartacus Corporation, a Fort Worth based web development company, launched its "Putting The Pieces Together" program designed to help educate businesses and entrepreneurs on the opportunities and pitfalls associated with doing business on the Internet. "There is too much mystery and confusion out there for the average entrepreneur to evaluate," according to company president Brian Shannon. "We feel obligated to share our expertise to help other companies thrive, and use the Internet to support their business goals."

Last night's inaugural seminar on "Seven Keys to Designing a Successful Website" drew entrepreneurs and business people to the Smartacus corporate office near downtown Fort Worth, from as far away Flower Mound and Rockwall. Co-sponsored by the DFW Business Network Group, it featured a lively, non-technical discussion about things to consider when getting a business website upgraded or created, regardless of who the web developer might be.

"Rudy and Brian were extremely professional, informative, and knowledgable. We will be booking them in the near future again," said DFW Business Network organizer Aimee Iarussi. "We were very encouraged tonight," added VP Rudy Lopes, "encouraged by the feedback and by the Q&A session. There is a definite need for this information, and entrepreneurs are hungry to get it."

Additional seminars are in the works, and Smartacus will continue to do what it does best -- educate people.
